About PaddockFlow

PaddockFlow is a digital platform used to support paddock planning, slot requests, slot assignment, event administration, inspections, and related event operations.

Some parts of the platform may be publicly accessible, while other features require a registered account and appropriate permissions.

Eligibility and accounts

To use account-based features, you may need to create an account or sign in through an approved authentication method.

You agree to:

• provide accurate and current information
• keep your login credentials secure
• use your account only for lawful purposes
• notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to maintain appropriate security.

User roles and access

PaddockFlow may provide different levels of access, including for example public users, teams, officials, club administrators, and super administrators.

Your access to features and data depends on your assigned role. You must not attempt to access areas, data, or functions that you are not authorised to use.

We may modify, suspend, or revoke access where necessary for operational, security, or administrative reasons.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the platform in violation of any law or regulation
• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• upload or transmit malware or harmful code
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform beyond what is permitted by law
• use the platform in a way that may harm PaddockFlow, event organisers, clubs, or other users

User content and platform data

You may submit or manage content and data through the platform, including booking requests, notes, inspection entries, team details, and similar operational information.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit:

• is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• does not violate applicable law
• does not infringe the rights of others

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, limited right to host, store, process, display, and use that content as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

Event, booking, and slot information

PaddockFlow may display event information, availability, slot requests, slot assignments, and inspection-related information.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• a slot request is not final until approved or confirmed by the relevant organiser or administrator
• displayed availability may change
• event organisers or authorised administrators may adjust placements, assignments, and operational status
• users are responsible for reviewing the latest confirmed information before arrival or use

We do not guarantee that all requested slots, preferences, or placements will be granted.

Paid plans and subscriptions

PaddockFlow offers, or will offer, paid plans and subscriptions that unlock additional features for clubs, event organisers, and other users. Access to paid features is conditional on a valid, active subscription.

Subscription fees, billing cycles, and included features are described at the point of purchase and may be updated from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes to pricing or plan contents.

Unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase:

• subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• you are responsible for keeping your payment details current
• failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your plan

If you are a consumer, statutory rights regarding cancellation and refunds under applicable consumer protection law are not affected by these Terms.

Service availability

We aim to keep PaddockFlow available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may suspend, restrict, or modify all or part of the service for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons, legal reasons, or operational reasons.

Intellectual property

The PaddockFlow platform — including its design, branding, text, software, graphics, interface elements, and related materials — is owned by or licensed to DSS Synergy AB and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the service only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

Privacy and data protection

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using PaddockFlow, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed as described in that policy.

Third-party services

PaddockFlow may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including authentication, hosting, analytics, mapping, email, or infrastructure providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content that we do not control.

Disclaimers

PaddockFlow is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• the service will always be available without interruption
• the service will always be free from bugs or errors
• all information displayed by users or organisers will always be complete, current, or accurate

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DSS Synergy AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or business interruption.

Our total liability relating to the service shall be limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or if you have paid nothing, a reasonable and proportionate amount under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if:

• you breach these Terms
• your use creates security, legal, or operational risk
• we are required to do so by law
• the relevant service or platform is discontinued

You may stop using the service at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions on intellectual property, liability, privacy, and dispute resolution.

Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date.

Continued use of PaddockFlow after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or remove rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of PaddockFlow shall be handled by the competent courts of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
